If my memory is correct...The Republicans wanted to call witnesses that would help prove this was and is a sham but the democrats in charge would not allow it.They cherry picked only certain people to testify. What a joke. Check your facts.

This whole impeachment thing is the result of the weak Democratic field of candidates for President - the DNC realized that nobody could beat Trump so the only way was to impeach and remove from office was their only solution. They were wrong because now the approval ratings show Trump to win over any Dem candidate.

If only the politicians will drop it and move on but that won't happen . All through the Campaign it's going to be brought up over and over on partisan lines .

Articles of impeachment were introduced against five of the six Republican presidents who have served since President Dwight D. Eisenhower. It is what they do.
