  It is very early to start planning the Music Fest. It's still three months away, not the mandatory three week maximum.

  I have always heard that the people running it are poor managers and participate in skeptical activities. Maybe it finally caught up with them.

• Whice Music Festival. I was told the River City Music Festival will be in October 2 & 3 of this year.
