Our city prosecutor is using tax payer money to take citizens to TRIAL over nuisance tickets that they are innocent of. He just lost a case this week where he took a citizen to trial and she was found not guilty of a noise nuisance! Tuesday a trial was set for a citizen who was charged with not boarding up their abandoned property and if you drive by the property it IS in compliance! This is RIDICULOUS!!!

If TY writes someone a ticket it is not in compliance at the time he inspected it.

the officers write tickets, not the City Attorney.
