  • Here is an example of the "swarms of officers" cited in the Declaration of Independence...

  • You have to understand Ferguson is an exclusive area in the St. Louis County suburbs sharing it's western borders with other exclusive areas like Berkley and Kinloch. Located as it is, just east of the Airport, people settle there just to listen to the planes fly over.

    Keep fooling around and that citizen will excite the likes of Eric Holder.

  • Rick,

    You've never been to Kinloch?

  • The Kinloch link is an interesting read.

    ```````````````
    From what I read, the basis for the declaration of independence and the constitution to follow has to do with representation, seperation of powers and limited government.
    Nothing in there about "forward".
  • Old John,
    My reference to Kinloch was only to point out that Ferguson is not such an elite place that they need to be overly concerned about a guy growing vegetables in his front yard. They got a lot more problems that need attending to first.
    Kinloch does have an interesting history. It was especially interesting in the 60's with the rioting and unrest that was going on.
  • Wheels, Thanks for pointng that out. I wasn't paying attention. Point is if folks don't vote in a law or ordinance contrary to a garden in view from the street, why not? Beats old cars on blocks in the front yard! :)
    Yeah... or heaven forbid, they could park a Motor Home in their driveway or sideyard.
