I don't know if you guys caught this, but I got correspondence from a land rights group that says a Senate Environmental COmmittee passed a bill repealing the Army Corps and EPA of regulating much bigger waterways to now regulating ALL waterways in the country.
Our own Sen Kit Bond is on this committee and voted against it. it is Senate Bill 787 and you can find out more on at http://epw.senate.gov
