Gov. Nixon announces support for pseudoephedrine prescription at Cape Girardeau stop

A system tracking pseudoephedrine purchases at pharmacies around Missouri isn't enough to curb the methamphetamine problem in the state, Gov. Jay Nixon and Attorney General Chris Koster said Tuesday at the Cape Girardeau Police Department, where they announced they'd like the state to become the third in the nation to require a doctor's prescription to purchase cold medication.
