The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Timothy W. Conway, 34, of 1808 Delwin, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to drive on right side of roadway.

James B. Lotz, 22, of 333 N. Frederick, Apt. 104, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault and traffic violations.

Elizabeth J. Gregory, 25, of 698 Holly Hill, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Randy O. Bramlett, 46, of 313 W. Pine, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit device.

Albert L. Estes, 51, of 1014 N. Sprigg, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

Walter Lindell Jr., 22, of 329 Fourth Street, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of making a false declaration.

Garret M. Williams, 20, of 1403 East Ridge Street, Des Loge, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of property damage.

Michael D. Allen, 20, of 634 E. Kathleen, Sikeston, Mo., was arrested Sunday on New Madrid County warrants for fraud and insufficient funds.

A subject was placed in custody Sunday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin L. Blanchard, 19, of 2830 Hopper Road, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assault, property damage and possession of a controlled substance.

Lakeshia M. Foulks, 24, of 915 S. Ranney, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and no insurance.

Summons A summons was issued Monday to Rebecca S. Reishman, of 420 Gray, Chaffee, Mo., on suspicion of failure to stop at a red signal.

A summons was issued Sunday to Dylan J. Polen, 19, of 727 August, Jackson, Mo., on suspicion of trespassing.

A summons was issued Sunday to Adrian M. Brown, 18, of 537 S. Hanover, on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.

A summons was issued Monday to Frances R. Dixon, 39, of 1956 County Road 250, Oran, Mo., on suspicion of assault.

A summons was issued Monday to Bridget A. Lowe, 39, of 308 Louis, on for failing to pay a sewer fine.

Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.

A camcorder and CD player were reported stolen Sunday at 244 N. Park.

Cash, checks, a driver's license and credit cards were reported stolen Monday at 2626 Independence.

Tools were reported stolen Monday at 541 Main.

A bicycle tire and rim were reported stolen Monday to the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Cups and necklaces were reported stolen Monday to the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Burglary A burglary was reported Monday at Fastenal at 228 Bloomfield. Cash and a tool were taken.

Property Damage A window was reported damaged Sunday at Kars and Trucks Unlimited at 1601 Independence.

A mailbox was reported damaged Monday at Amerimart at 1320 W. Cape Rock.

Miscellaneous

  • A dog bite was reported Sunday at 59 N. Park.

  • A 14-year-old female was cited to juvenile court as a runaway.

  • An abandoned 1988 white Olds Cutlass was reported Monday at the 500 block of S. Ellis.
